David H. Foulk, "Bubby", 76, of Downingtown PA, formerly of Parkesburg, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018, at the Harrison Senior Living Center in Christiana, PA.

Born in Parkesburg, he was the son of the late Harold D. Foulk and Elmira Hammond Foulk. He was a 1960 graduate of Octorara High school. A United States Army veteran, he served 2 years and eleven months until he was honorably discharged.

David worked for Bell Atlantic Company and also worked as a barber for many years in the Coatesville area.

He is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Raison Gray of Coatesville; one sister, Elaine Richmond of Coatesville; two grandsons, Quinnell Gray and Stephenell Gray both of Coatesville; great grandchildren, Mason, Kennedi and Julianna and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Foulk; two granddaughters, Joi`lheta Delores Gray and Ke`asya Gray.

A viewing will be held beginning at 8:30 AM on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 725 Merchant Street, Coatesville PA. There will be a time for reflections after the viewing.

Interment with full military honors will be held in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
