On Wednesday evening, June 14, 2023, Christine Butler Salomone, of Downingtown, PA, formerly of West Chester, PA, transitioned to her eternal rest, at St. Martha Manor in Downingtown. She was 83 years old.

Christine was born in Manilla Philippines, to the late Ivor Butler and Maria (nee Sulloway) Butler.

She is survived by one daughter, Maria "Maya" Gabelberger (wife of Josef "Sepp" Gabelberger); son, David St. Paul Salomone; three grandchildren, Sophia Gabelberger, Luna Gabelberger, and Kiran Gabelberger.

Christine will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and friend. She embraced life with faith, courage, and love.
