On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, Carlos Ortiz-Ramos, of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly. He was 53 years old.

Carlos was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, in 1969, to the late Carlos Enrique Ortiz Torres and Irma Ramos Muniz. He was the husband of Coradaneen Blakely Ortiz.

In addition to his wife Coradaneen, he is survived by eight children, Angelica Ortiz, Xavier Ortiz, Kelvin Ortiz, Nelvin Ortiz, Rubiely Ortiz, Charjeiles Ortiz, Christian Joel Ortiz, and Carlos Enrique Ortiz; two step-sons, Marcus Blakely, and Detrick Kimbrough, as well as other relatives here and in Puerto Rico.

The family is hosting a memorial service in remembrance of Carlos. Service will be held 7:00 PM on Friday, March 17, 2023, at St. Matthew Assembly of God, 1206 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA, 19380.
