Obituary

Brinette Ranae Perry, "Nette", 48, of Coatesville, passed away November 5, 2018 at the Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of Elva J. Griffin and the late Artis Griffin, Sr.  Brinette was the beloved wife of Rev. Barry Perry with whom she shared 24 years of marriage.

She was a 1988 graduate of Coatesville Area Senior High School.  She attended Gordon Phillips School of Beauty where she received her certification in Cosmetology.

Brinette accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at a young age.  She was a faithful member of First Apostle Fire Baptized Holiness Church in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.  She truly loved the Lord and enjoyed singing at the church.
She enjoyed taking pictures and listening to gospel music. She would share wisdom, encourage and educate young children.
Brinette was a wife, mother, a godmother, grandmother, sister, friend, aunt, encourager, supporter, and a wonderful child of the King.  The Lord called his child back to Himself on November 5, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father Artis Griffin, Sr. and one sister Mary Anderson.
She leaves her husband, Rev. Barry Perry; daughter, Kadedrah Perry; mother, Elva J. Griffin; brothers, Artis Griffin (Michelle), Quincy Griffin, Sr., Mustafa Akbar; granddaughters, Jo'Leah Perry, Bri'Nae Perry; grandsons, Eric Gibbs, Jr., Xy'hyon Perry, Elyjah Gibbs; God-children: Rashad Edwards, Iesha Purnell, Elijah Styer, Amir Hamilton and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, and friends.
Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at the First Baptist Church of Passtown, 117 Barber Avenue, Coatesville, PA. Her viewing will begin at 9 AM until 10:45 AM.

Interment will be held privately.

Flowers may be sent to the church on the day of the service. The theme color is red.  Friends and family are welcomed to light a candle or share a condolence message on the guestbook tab.
