Obituary

Brenda J. Entress, 63, of Coatesville, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the Brandywine Hospital.

She was the wife of James W. Entress, Sr. who preceded her in death in 2007.  Born in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Hazel Barnes and the late Leroy Green of West Chester.

Brenda was a 1972 graduate of West Chest Area Schools. Following her graduation, she worked at a dress shop in West Chester, as a seamstress at Unipak, Hess Printing in Exton, cooking and waitressing at the farmers market, and later as a housewife.

She loved gardening, camping, crafts including plastic canvas, jewelry making, and crochet, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a son, James W. Entress, Jr. of Coatesville; a daughter, Renee Entress of Coatesville; four grandchildren, Aimee, Nicolas, Anthony, and Damian Entress; two sisters, Dorothy Wright of West Chester and Darlene Willis of West Virginia and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Barnes, Wilmer Barnes, Jr., William E. Barnes, Sr., and her sister Joan Krisovitch.

Memorial services will be held privately.
