Beulah M. McDougal, 96, of Coatesville passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Harrison House in Christiana. Born in Dunn, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late David and Mary McNeal Smith.
She attended the Historical James Adams School as well as the S. Horace Scott High School of Coatesville.
In her early years she was a member of Bethel AME Church in South Coatesville.
Beulah was a member of Faith Works Ministries in Chester, Pa. where she sang on the choir.
She was a beautician, who loved flowers, crocheting and collecting ceramic dolls.

She is survived by  two sons, Eugene McDougal and his wife  Robin of Reston, Va; Elder Terry McDougal and his wife Deacon Anna Marie of East Fallowfield; one sister, Ruth Roundtree of Connecticut; seven grandchildren; seven great  grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be held at the Ebenezer Full Gospel Baptist Church, 199 Wallace Avenue, Downingtown, Pa. 11 am Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Viewing will be held from 9 am - 10:45 am.
Interment will be in Philadelphia Memorial Park.
