Bernice Agnes  Stanton Jones, 90, of Coatesville, PA, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA.

She was the daughter of the late George Henry Stanton, Sr., and Edith Newman of Coatesville. She was married to the late Hubert Jones of Coatesville, PA.

Before retiring, she worked as a Domestic Engineer and a Nurses Aide for various employers.

She is survived by three sons, Murill T. McCoy of San Diego, CA; Jerome S. McCoy of Coatesville, PA. Emmanuel G. Boggs of Upper Darby, PA; five daughters, Theresa A. Henderson of Coatesville, PA, Louella P. Palmer of Coatesville, PA. Gail L. Ellis of Center Cross, VA, Linda A. Hines of Dallas, TX, Maria L. Milligan of Springfield, VA and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son, Clayborne B. Boggs; a sister, Beatrice "Honey" Young, two brothers, Horace "Cab" Stanton and Leonard Stanton.

The family wishes to thank Wright Funeral Home for handling the cremation for the family.

Memorial Services will be held 11 AM, May 30, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 67 Octorara Road, Parkesburg, Pa 19365. There will be no viewing.
