Beatrice Anna Bowman Lee, 86, of Coatesville, PA, departed this life unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at Jennersville Regional Hospital, West Grove, PA.  Born in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Jane Carson and Norman Pinion.  She was the wife of the late Walter Lee with whom she shared 16 years of marriage.

Beatrice was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bernardtown in Coatesville.

She was very ambitious and hard working.  She worked as a packager for the Chester County Blind Association.  Beatrice was kindhearted and was known for always helping people.

She enjoyed watching the TV show "The Price Is Right", and she loved talking to her sister every day on the phone.

Beatrice leaves cherished memories to three daughters, Alice Bowman, of Mount Joy, PA, Michelle Hamilton of Coatesville, Waltina Bowman of Johnstown, PA; four sons, David Bowman of Philadelphia, PA, John Bowman (and wife Tammy), Denorris Bowman, and David Twyman all of Coatesville.  She is also survived by a sister, Margaret Hall of Kennett Square, PA; one brother, Albert Bowman of West Chester, PA, as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held 10 AM Thursday, March 21, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Bernardtown, 1208 Youngsburg Road in Coatesville PA.  A viewing will be held from 8-10 AM.

Interment will be in Longwood Cemetery in Kennett Square, PA.

Flowers can be sent to the church on the day of the service.  The theme color is pink.
