Beatrice E. Woods, 67, of Coatesville, PA, passed away, Friday, August 16, 2019 at her residence. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Johnny R. Brake, and Marjorie (London) Brake. She was educated in the Coatesville Area School District.  After graduating from high school, she attended Johnstown University of Pennsylvania where she earned an Associate Degree. Beatrice worked as a Caregiver for the Devereux Foundation in West Chester for many years.

She loved going out to eat seafood, especially at the old Howard Johnson's restaurant in Exton back in the day. She really enjoyed eating some good ole crabs.

Beatrice was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Brake.

She will be remembered by three sons, Mohammed Woods of Stone Mountain, GA, Yusuf Woods of Delaware, Shamone Woods of Coatesville; one sister, Amanda Brake of Coatesville; three brothers, Haneef Shabazz, husband of Annette, Yusef Brake, and Jerome Brake, husband of Darlene all of Coatesville; step-daughter, Teete Woods, as well as 19 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and a many other relatives and friends.
