Arlene O. Ward, "Aunt Snookie", 100, of Coatesville, Pennsylvania passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021, in Ocoee Florida.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Alex and Effie Oliphant. She was proceeded in death by her husband James "Bud" Ward: children, Audrey "Bunny" Ward, Gregory "Pete" Ward; dear family daughter, Iris Waller-Taltoan, and step-son, Ronald Johnson.

Arlene is survived by her grandchildren, Sheila Parker (Leon), Gregory "Jamal" Ward; four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and a host of relatives.

Arlene lived and was educated most of her life in Coatesville, retiring from the Coatesville Veterans Administration, and lastly relocating to Florida in 2018.

She was a devoted QVC and Food Network watcher, loved traveling in her early years, along by cooking with great conversation, and gardening. She always quoted "I am true, smell the flowers while I'm here."

Family and friends were able to cherish memories at her 100th Celebration of Life brunch held June 27, 2021, in Altamonte Springs, FL.
