Anne L. Grant, 87, of Coatesville, PA, surrounded by her family, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Pocopson Home in West Chester, PA. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Gus Campbell and Maude Johnson Jones. Anne attended the Downingtown Area public schools until the 11th grade and went on to build a fulfilling career. She worked at Unisys Corporation, formerly Burroughs, for 24 dedicated years and later contributed 10 years of service in housekeeping at Chester County Hospital in West Chester. Over the years, Anne was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Passtown in Coatesville, where she shared her beautiful voice as a choir member.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Valerie Foust, and son-in-law, Norman. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Ashley Dixon-Smith, Ian Grant, and Derrick Dixon; great-grandchildren: Zaire Wise, Linwood Smith IV, Kimora Smith, Micah Smith, Mckenzie Smith, and Emmanuel Ray Dixon-McKim; sister, Mary Baxter of Philadelphia; brother-in-law, Willie Rivers of Coatesville; sister in laws, Diane Grant of Coatesville, Gail Grant of Yeadon and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by brothers, Julius R. Grant, Leonard Grant; sisters, Rosa Mae Grant, Gloria Grant, Evelyn Rivers and a brother-in-law, Leroy Rivers.

Homegoing Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 7, 2024, at the First Baptist Church of Passtown, 117 Barber Avenue, Coatesville, PA. There will be a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM.

Interment will be held in New Evergreen Cemetery, in Coatesville, PA.
