Dr. Ahmed Samir Abdel-Salam, 78, of Lincoln University, passed away after a lengthy illness, on Monday, March 25, 2019, at the Ware Presbyterian Village in Oxford, PA.

Born in Cairo, Egypt he was the son of the late Abdel Salam Yehia and Alia Shaban Afifi.  He was the husband of Catherine (Harris Robinson) Abdel-Salam.

The Salat el Janazah will be held at the Islamic Society of Chester County in West Chester, PA, with a funeral prayer being observed at 1:30 PM.

Islamic burial be in Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.
