Juan Calderon Hernandez

Evangelist Juan Calderon Hernandez, 62, of Harrisburg, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at the Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital in Harrisburg in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

Born June 24, 1956, in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Juan Hernandez and Cruz Calderon.

Juan was the husband of Zoraida Hernandez with whom he shared 19 years of marriage.

He was a carpenter by trade and was a member of the Iglesia Puerta Estrecha in Coatesville, PA.

Surviving Juan are his wife, Zoraida Hernandez; children, Giovanni Hernandez, Melissa Neyda Hernandez, Michele Alison Hernandez, Kastina Matos and Raymond Matos; his siblings, Elizabeth Moran, Freddie Wilda Hernandez and Pedro Hernandez; 22 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Homegoing Services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday,  December 22, 2018 at Iglesia LaPuerta Estracha, 75 West Fifth Ave, Coatesville PA. A viewing will be held from 8 AM until 9:45 AM.

An additional viewing will be held from 5 PM - 10 PM on Friday, December 21, 2018 at the funeral home.

Interment will be held in Mellingers Menonite Cemetery in Lancaster.
