I am so sorry this is so late no one ever told us. Gene was a great friend of mine. He helped me when we had or shop in Coatesville. He will be missed.

Gene and his brother Teddy Bowman were neighborhood and school friends. We played baseball together on the Avenue , and in Spruces. Hustonville and Midvale elementary schools were rivals in sports and academics. Gene and Teddy were local heroes in the community. They are truly missed . Our prayers go out to the Bowman family during this difficult time . With much sympathies, Tommy and Dicky Pannell .
