Dr. Mazhar Rishi, 57, of Chadds Ford, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at home. Janaaza Prayer will be held October 12, 2016 at 1 pm at the ISCC in West Chester followed by Islamic burial in Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer.
